A member may only use this membership. Any other third parties are not able to use the same membership.
-Memberships are not REFUNDABLE.
-Lost cards may be replaceable with a fee of 315yen. The expiration date will remain the same as the issue of the lost card.
-Please have your membership card with you for every visit. We will charge you the full amount if the membership card is not presented at time of visit.
-Membership is valid for one year from date of issuance. Membership is easily renewed after expiration.
-Membership is only for one customer at a time. If this is abused in anyway, membership will be forfeited forever.
